Refund policy

At Essentia Audio, all of our products are digital downloads (such as sound kits, sample packs, and presets). Because digital products cannot be returned or “un-downloaded” after purchase, all sales are final.

Once your order has been processed and the files have been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital item.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact our support team at [prodkeyon@gmail.com], and we’ll make sure you receive your product promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Purchasing by mistake

  • Claiming non-receipt of digital goods when download access has been confirmed

  • Attempting chargebacks after successful delivery

Essentia Audio keeps secure delivery records (including order timestamps, download logs, and IP access confirmations) as proof of delivery for all digital purchases.

Fraud & Chargeback Notice

All fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes are actively investigated and may result in permanent bans from purchasing future products from Essentia Audio.

We provide complete evidence of file delivery, order confirmation, and IP address access logs to payment processors during any dispute. Submitting a false claim or chargeback after receiving your files constitutes fraud and may lead to:

  • Reporting to payment processors and fraud prevention databases

  • Permanent termination of customer access to current and future Essentia Audio products

  • Legal action or recovery fees to cover dispute costs
