  • Three pools of one-shots

    Every key press pulls the next sound from a pool - 151 factory one-shots or your own. Each pool has its own MACHINE: WARM, GRIT or 8-BIT for an old sampler's sound, or CLEAN.

  • Variation that stays in key

    AMOUNT sets how much each press differs: a few cents of pitch, sample start, level, pan and tone, plus a chance of REVERSE or an OCTAVE. With the song playing, a bounce matches the playback.

  • Keep a take

    Press an empty TAKE key to keep what you are hearing: every key replays the sound and variation it last played, until you press it again. Four takes, switchable live.

  • Chords from different sounds

    With ENSEMBLE on, notes you strike together each take a different sound from the pool, so a chord is a blend of sounds instead of one sound stacked.

  • One filter, then drive

    All three pools go through one filter, then DRIVE. It starts fully open: turn CUTOFF down to darken the sound, and ENV sweeps it on every note, up or down.

  • Mono lines that glide

    In MONO, a note played legato moves the sound already playing to the new pitch instead of pulling a new one. GLIDE sets how long the slide takes.
